While I do love the rest, dog sports is my passion. We run Fast CAT, play frisbee, and navigate agility courses. With my high-energy dogs, these activities help us stay healthy, continually deepen our bond, do some amazing things together, and burn that energy (which helps limit behavioral issues at home).
We currently compete in Fast CAT and are preparing to compete in Disc Dog next!
